Which languages do you work in?
English and Spanish, natively. This website is fully bilingual, and engagements can run in either language without anything being lost in translation.
How is pricing structured?
Each engagement is scoped to its outcome. Some begin with a fixed-scope pilot like the Practice Health Check, others are milestone-based, and ongoing work can run as a monthly operating retainer. Pricing is agreed in writing before work begins, with no surprises.
Can you improve an existing system instead of building new?

What happens after launch?
